Charles Lawson had a born again experience in 1970 at the First Baptist Church in Bakersfield, California. This brought dramatic changes in his life. Soon after he was baptized in water and filled with the Holy Spirit. This all happened during the Charismatic renewal, during a time surrounded by family, friends and gifted mentors who poured truth and love into him… thrusting him into the ministry of evangelism in the marketplace and local churches.

     In 1995 Charles answered the call to the Middle East and with his wife Sunny in-hand took up residence in Jerusalem, Israel. Over the next 5 years they poured into the Jewish people the love of Christ, experiencing the language and culture, and walking where Jesus walked. In 2000 Charles and Sunny were ordained through “Riverland” Ministries by Pastor Jerry & Juanita Bench, in Bakersfield, Ca. This would be short lived for Sunny however as she was promoted to Heaven in 2002.

     Currently, Charles is located in Larnaca Cyprus, which has been a “hub” for him in ministering in Ukraine, London, Germany, Bulgaria, the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus and Israel.
